Since getting my micro boulanger up and running, it has been steady with orders. However, this Friday I had a chance to get into my lab, as I call it, and experiment with some of my recipes.

Pre-Ordering Instructions and pickup locations & delivery options
Dear loyal customers,
I have recently integrated a new online and in person payment system through square in which delivery schedules, fees, pick ups will be managed. All orders will be preordered with in a days notice. In other words, there is no same day pick ups as fresh bread does need it's rest in order to properly rise for your occasion.
If you want to pay for your order at the time of delivery, you will have to email your order to me at info@sleepyislebakery.ca as there isn't an option on the check out.

Edmonton, Spruce Grove & Stony Plain: You can schedule now location, pick up, time through our payment portal. Note there is a delivery charge of $10 for orders under $100 for Edmonton, Spruce Grove and Stony Plain area.
