Brioche

A classic slightly sweet and buttery Bread.  Often made in different shapes.  The distintive yellow is simply the beauty of the butter which proides that croissant like goodness to this bread. It is perfect for your jared jam of choice or butter and salt and good cup of coffee or tea.  Restaurants that Chef Billy worked at, they would lightly toast brioche to service foie gras on top with a like jelly glaze.  There is no ceiling to what you can do with brioche! Priced based on one braided loaf of bread.
