Lemon Tart

This a Billy and family favourite.  In an ode to the Chef Michel Roux and Marco Pierre White, Billy makes his own version of lemon tart making the pastry to the perfectly cooked custard.  It finished with a dusting of icing sugar.  Perfect for any day, mood or setting.  Eat a slice and the tart will disappear.  This is how simple, humble ingredients become elegant and unpretentious.
