Chef Billy has from the beginning of his culinary career loved to make and eat croissants made from scratch.  He has spent decades perfecting his recipe and makes his own puff pastry (butter pastry requiring percision technique, proofing and turning of dough rolled in  a detremp).  Great for any occassion and any way you like.  Priced at $5.00 a croissant or get a discount: Box of four at $18 and a Box of 6 for $.
