The Neighbour's Tree: Crab Apple Jelly
While stocks last
The story behind the name. Our Neighbour's tree is always loaded with crab apples, and they neighbour allows us to pick them every year. This year not only did we apples from that tree but another neighbour's bounty was brought to us as well. So we make cider and jelly. This year, Billy is offering three types of crab apple jellies: the classic, ginger and jalapeno. These jellies are excellent with Brioche, croissant or baguettes are approved by his children. Bon appetit!
